Job Summary:
We seek motivated individuals, fluent in French, to join our Demand Generation team (Native French
Speakers preferred).

As a part of our Demand Generation team, you would be required to work on various Telemarketing
Campaigns. These campaigns are B2B focussed (Business to Business). We are a multinational company
with business interests across geographies, work timings would be based on the time zone you are dealing

The focus of the campaign could be:
● Contact Discovery – Collating information using the internet and/or the phone in keeping with the
specifications of the campaign.
● Installed Base – This would be a Market Research campaign the objective of which would be to
collate information about Industries using a particular range of products or services for example.
● Appointment Generation – Calling prospects, introducing them to products or services and
scheduling appointments.
● Lead Generation – A Lead Generation campaign would focus on qualifying prospects looking for
products or services and persuading them to make a purchase. Your ability to communicate
effectively in French, build rapport, and handle objections will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Outbound Calls – Place outbound calls.

3. Rapport Building and establishing a positive relationship over the phone.
