PILF 2020: The Power of Social Media

Friday, 11th December at 3 pm

Free and open to all

Social media has changed the way we think, work, behave and feel. It is a boon for budding and established professionals to showcase their work and it keeps netizens connected from around the world. However, it has also invaded our lives to the point where we feel compelled to share the most minute details of our lives.

Social media is powerful but where should we draw the line? Join French writer and translator François Bon for a riveting conversation with Samrat Phadnis of Sakal Media Group, Yair Agmon (Israel) and Dipankar Mukherjee of Readomania.

This event is free and open to all and is presented by Vishwakarma Publications, with the support of the French Institute in India and Alliance Française de Pune as a part of the Pune International Literary Festival. This year marks the festival’s eighth edition overall and first edition online
